Portuguese Cooked

A delicacy built with a myriad of vegetables, meats and cooked sausages. Various cabbages and potatoes, carrots and turnips. The meats are chicken, pork, which is used for spare ribs, lard, ear and chispe, and beef is added with nispo. As for sausages, meat chorizo, farinheira, black pudding and blood chorizo are typical. Slowly cooked for as long as necessary to respect the flavors of each element. To fill a table and challenge the hardships of any winter.
