Integrated Logistic
Integrated logistics involves the interaction between all supply chain processes. In this way, the company obtains effective, comprehensive and high-performance management. One of the main bases of integrated logistics is technological tools.
Through them, the business follows the steps, measures the results and analyzes information for making strategic decisions. This management is possible due to the ability of these tools to collect, organize, analyze and store data.
It is worth remembering how important it is to have data management in today’s business world. In this way, it is possible to understand, for example, consumer behavior. Therefore, companies can innovate or make improvements in delivery services.
Our model
Logistics is an interdepartmental process, that is, it involves virtually all departments at Tradivalladarys Lda. Our logistics is an organizational model that ensures the coordination of the different areas of the company, as well as processes, resources, goods and information flows.
Everything is integrated and interconnected: from inventories to products reaching end customers, involving the company’s employees and, equally, suppliers and partners. From the moment our customers confirm the order, it is forwarded to our producers/manufacturers.
Once ready, it is received at the point of departure, whether by sea, air or land. Thus, coordination of operations is ensured – starting with raw materials, going through stock management and storage to transport and delivery to the final consumer/customer.
